Gut healing lemonade

 

If you love lemonade or just need a refreshing drink this is for you!! I have been drinking this for the past few days and I am in love?. It not only tastes delicious but it is so good for you! I make it in the morning and sip on it throughout the day.

This yummy lemonade is filled with amazing probiotics from apple cider vinegar and fresh lemons. If you are thinking, I have tried drinking apple cider vinegar and it is awful! Believe me I have been there. Give it another try. Apple cider vinegar has so many benefits! Weight loss, blood sugar regulation and relieving the symptoms of acid reflux are just a few.

Gut Healing Lemonade

Servings 1 person

Ingredients

  • 1 quart size mason jar
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2-4 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar make sure it is with the mother
  • 1-2 Tbsp Truvia
  • water
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Fill your mason jar with ice
  2. Add apple cider vinegar, truvia and the juice of half a lemon.

  3. Fill your cup up with water and stir.

  4. Enjoy!!!

Recipe Notes

Start with 2 Tablespoons of ACV and 1 Tablespoon of Truvia and then add more to taste. Everyone likes it different, so make it the way that tastes best to you!
