Peanut Butter Cup Fat Bombs

I LOVE chocolate!! These fat bombs are rich, creamy and delicious.  Mmmm

If you are trying to stick to a low carb or sugar free diet these are great to keep in the freezer!!!

Peanut Butter Cup Fat Bombs

Prep Time 10 minutes
Resting Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Butter preferably grass fed(Kerrygold is what I use)
  • 4 oz. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter or Almond butter
  • 3 TBSP Cocoa Powder
  • stevia drops or powder to taste I like Truvia

Instructions

  1. Melt all ingredients together in a double boiler. Poor the chocolate mixture in a shallow pan or chocolate molds. Place in the fridge and let cool for 20 minutes.  Keep your fat bombs in the freezer.
