These cookies are soooo easy!! These are the perfect treat and they are very low in sugar. I have to say you cannot expect these to taste like regular cookies. but if you are opened minded they are delicious and take less than 20 min. to make from start to finish. My 6 year old ate 5 for breakfast before I got up;) Since they are mainly almonds, eggs and butter I am ok with that. hahaha
Try to use finely ground Almond flour. I used Almond meal and these were still really good but they were heavier than they would be with almond flour. Enjoy!! and let me know what you think!
Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups Finely ground almond flour you can use Almond meal but they will have a denser texture
- 2 large eggs
- 1 TBS vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips to make these completley sugar free use the stevia sweeted cho. chips from enjoy life
- 10 packets truvia
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

Add large spoonfuls to the cookie sheet. leave at least 2 inches inbetween cookies.

Bake at 350 for 11 minutes or until slightly browned.
