Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Finely ground almond flour you can use Almond meal but they will have a denser texture
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 TBS vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips to make these completley sugar free use the stevia sweeted cho. chips from enjoy life
  • 10 packets truvia

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Add large spoonfuls to the cookie sheet. leave at least 2 inches inbetween cookies.

  3. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes or until slightly browned.
